Wow, there are a lot of changes.
KP Smith's last official day is tomorrow.  We will miss him.  He is moving on as an Assistant Professor of Pathology at UPenn Med.
Kat Truelson, formerly an undergraduate research student in the lab, will be rejoining us as a research associate at the end of the summer. This follows two years working in Howard Shuman's laboratory at the University of Chicago studying Legionella and Acinetobacter.
Guy Shani, a soon to be senior at the University of Oxford, will be joining the laboratory for a two month stint as a summer student, shifted towards a later time than we had original envisioned because of COVID travel restrictions.
