Just published (tri-lab review on CRE therapeutics with Roman Manetsch and George O'Doherty)3/5/2020 Speaking at ASM Microbe on one of my favorite topics:
Link to session abstract. Talk title: "Towards Removing Obstacles for Adopting AST for New Antimicrobials: a QC and Quality Systems-Based Approach" This follows on our commentary written in JCM. KP is now a much sought after speaker on artificial intelligence and clinical microbiology diagnostics. Previous stop a couple of weeks ago in Switzerland speaking at Digitalization and Infectious Diseases Conference. In fall speaking at ASM Branch Meeting in Delaware. Hard to keep track of him.
In July, KP will be joining the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Associate Director of Clinical Microbiology at the Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania (aka CHOP). Congratulations to KP!!!!!
The title of her talk is: "Synergistic Activity of Colistin Plus Minocycline Against Klebsiella pneumoniae!"
