SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Tests Predict Infectivity Based on Viral Culture: Comparison of Antigen, PCR Viral Load, and Viral Culture Testing on a Large Sample Cohort
Just posted to MedRXiv. Our collaborative study (Harvard School of Public Health and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center) supports the use of SARS-CoV-2 antigen tests for identifying individuals who are infectious at the time of testing.
We are grateful to the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center which provided funding for the investigation through an Accelerating Coronavirus Testing Solutions Grant
